I have lived here for over 30 years and have always taken a keen interest in the community.  I am passionate that the Business Association should be a successful voice of business in Cricklade.  I run Firethorn Training, a Health and Safety Consultancy based in Cricklade and I have been the Chairman of the Business Association for 4 years

There is much happening in our small town and buoyant business community, and your input as a business in the town is valued.  If your trading base is Cricklade it does not matter if you are in the town, work from home or in one of the out of town locations, The Business Association has something to offer you.

Your Business, in your Town, needs you to be an active participant in the business community.  If those in the decision making process in Local Government are seeking the views of the Business Community we should be sure we are well represented.

Nicky Artus is a relative newcomer to Cricklade, having moved here 9 years ago from Cheltenham where she worked as Product Manager for a specialist French tour operator. She has many years experience in contracting, marketing and writing brochure copy, and is fluent in French.  

She is now an active member of the community; she has run Jellytots mother and toddler group for the last three years, is Treasurer for Thames Pre-school committee and secretary for St Sampson’s Infant School H.S.A committee.

Nicky is very much looking forward to being involved with Cricklade Business Association at its “rebirth” and is excited about the new challenges ahead.

Tina Jones lives and works in Cricklade as a Local Government Officer with Cricklade Town Council and has lived in Cricklade since 1986, she has been the Business Association Treasurer since 2003.

She is an active member of the community and is Secretary to the Cricklade in Bloom Group.  Tina is an active fundraiser for the community in particular organising the Fritillary Tea Rooms each spring for Cricklade in Bloom and organising the catering for other local charities from garden parties to race nights.
